Architect Robbie Fusch designed this old Preston Hollow home. Severe drainage problems plagued it due to the flat neighborhood. We provided a solution where we buried a 25,000-gallon cistern beneath Conservation Grass in the backyard. This resolved the drainage problem of this property, which enabled us to design/build a new custom swimming pool/ spa.
