The only thing better than outdoor living is outdoor living with a beautiful pool and premium outdoor kitchen. As you may be able to see from the photo, in the background is a grill station. What you cannot see is the complexity of the kitchen installation. It included a gas stove, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, pizza oven, and all available accessories sold commercially for grilling outdoors. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining in a beautiful setting. 

The pool presented some special considerations as well. We wanted something that appeared to look like a negative edge pool without the energy requirements and the costs to do such a pool. You can see our solution on the left side of the photo. Because of the long and narrow nature of the property, the pool would have to span a long distance, that if not done correctly, could create the possibility of cracking in the future. We build dozens of complicated pools a year and are quite familiar with the issues related to all kinds of installations. It worked out perfectly.

We use Conservation Grass extensively (seen here under the chaise lounges) where furniture or poor sunlight could create maintenance issues with traditional sod. Conservation Grass is a super high-quality product that wears like iron, but is almost indistinguishable from the look and feel of real grass. Even with Conservation Grass’ premium cost, the savings in water usage, sod repair, and replacement, the product pays for itself quickly. The project took about nine months to complete.
