This Bluffview neighborhood project collaborated with homebuilder Randall Underwood who undertook the remodeling of this existing home. As a leading Bluffview landscape architect, we reimagined the exterior of this home to transform it from an incomplete project to an estate property. Our Dallas landscape design company provided new, updated security gates/ fencing, an arrival garden, as well as an impressive motor court that contains a magnificent modern sculpture. Additionally, in the rear yard, we created an opportunity for shade by a louvered covered structure and an exterior fireplace for great entertaining around the swimming pool. The yard was steeply sloped and, showcasing our expertise in Bluffview landscape architecture, we transformed it into terraced level gardens which allow for tents and other entertaining opportunities for this client’s needs.
