This project which was originally designed and collaborated with the architect, Robbie Fusch, and constructed by Paul Pastore of Waterfront Homes, was an opportunity to take the family's long-time existing house and connect it to a new master bedroom suite living quarters on the adjacent lot and replating both properties together. Once we accomplished uniting these two properties, the existing home was additionally renovated to match the newly constructed master bedroom suite. In so doing, the existing pool, landscaping, and original hardscape that was for one residence, were reimagined to create an estate property and allowed us the opportunity of building a new Olympic pool and therapeutic spa, and other exterior site elements to transform this property from a residence to an estate.
