STRAIT LANE

This home is an actual replica of the White House, interpreted by architect Robbie Fusch, set on four acres of meticulously designed and manicured grounds on Strait Lane in Dallas. Our firm designed and built every inch of the exterior space, incorporating landscaping, driveway, hardscapes, swimming pools, koi ponds, gazebos, pavilions, drainage planning, and entry gates.

Even though the property was four acres, it took on 33 acres of watershed from the adjacent neighborhood. We worked closely with an engineer to help us study the water patterns that came through this property, as we often do with projects of this scale. Because of our sophisticated drainage plan, no retaining walls were necessary to control water flow toward or away from the home.

The home exchanged hands many times over the years. We are proud to say that we’ve been elected to be the landscaping firm of record for the garden by every incoming resident.

The project took about two years to complete.
