This project was done in conjunction with Architect Don Caperton as well as home builder Hawkins-Welwood Construction, and interior designer Tracy Rasor. It was a project where we had the opportunity of annexing a property directly behind them and constructing an amazing, world-renowned playground that relates nicely to an expanded swimming pool in the scale of what you would find on a Strait Lane estate. The specific challenge on this project was to interlock two properties without re-platting them into one single property. We took an opportunity to use this as a positive to provide an ability to keep the children safe from the swimming pool and provide them an amazing playground.
